Michael Keppe is the CEO of Impala Services and Pergamon Labs, specializing in AI and digital transformation for the retail and process industries. With over a decade of leadership experience, Michael drives operational excellence and customer success through innovative solutions. Core competencies include developing strategies that align technology with business goals, utilizing AI to enhance retail experiences, and building high-performance teams.
As a Board Member at the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Michael leads the Sustainability Work Group and the chamber's AI strategies for corporate members, promoting Hong Kong as a business hub for German enterprises. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of retail technology, Michael seeks collaborations with professionals and organizations focused on technology-driven growth.
Karena Belin – Co-Founder W Hub
Karena Belin co-founded W Hub out of passion for entrepreneurs and to foster the growth of the startup ecosystem. W Hub showcases startups and helps bring their business to the next level by making meaningful connections to Talent, other Startups and Investors.
Since 2013, she is deeply immersed into the startups scene and acts as speaker, mentor and judge at events and organisations ranging from Google EYE, to Tech Open Air Berlin, to Techstar’s StartupWeekendHK. Karena also driving diversity and inclusion as board member of WOW of the American Women’s Association.
She holds a double diploma in business and administration from the University of Mannheim and the MBA business school ESSEC in Paris. Previously, she has worked 15 years for Procter & Gamble in various roles throughout Finance, Sales, Strategy and Management across Europe, North East Asia and Greater China.
