Presenter Details:

Stephanie Sy, Founder & CEO at Thinking Machines

Stephanie Sy is the founder and CEO of Thinking Machines, a technology consultancy building AI and data platforms to solve high-impact problems. Since 2015, Stephanie and her team have been building cutting-edge AI and data solutions for leading businesses across Southeast Asia. Thinking Machines is part of the UNICEF Innovation Fund for their work using artificial intelligence for economic development and sustainability issues. Stephanie’s work has bee recognised by Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 (2018 Enterprise Technology) and Asia 21 Young Leaders (2019). She is a guest lecturer on AI for business topics at the Sasin School of Management in Thailand. She is on the AI advisory board of the Philippine Department of Science and Technology. She received her undergraduate degree in MS&E from Stanford University.
